Purification Gives Us Back to Ourselves
this note is dedicated to a super fun topic that everyone loves to get into.
just kidding, it’s about purification —
something that the SUN has taught me, is teaching me, to get obsessed with and go all IN with.
while it can be a trigger word for folks who have been harmed by institutional religion (which is often just truth used for the sake of exploiting the innocent in service to the corrupt for the sake of power in the name of g-o-d but that’s a topic for another day).
i want to say from the get-go that true purification isn’t about us being “good” it’s about us being US.
the only “sin” is you not being YOU. and it’s only a “sin” because it hurts you, it harms you and creates separation between you and your divine essence in a way that is antithetical to your Life force.
and the SUN is the source of purification
as well as the golden gift on the other end of purification.
when we say YES to purification, we receive the gift of being more US.
the glorious impartial SUN,
which shines on absolutely everything on this Earth.
the SUN doesn’t care if you’re “good” or “bad”
it doesn’t care how much money you have
whether you have a house
or what clothes you wear. it shines on everyone. EVERYONE.
the more purified we become, the more coherent we become.
which is like refining how precisely you are tuned into your unique radio station frequency.
the more precise, the more coherent the signal.
and the more coherent the signal, the more messages and music
the more the right frequency comes through the speaker.
and, again, coherence
which comes from purification,
isn’t about how “good” you are.
this is why we see folks who we would generally categorize as Evil
still becoming hella powerful mages in their own right. (yes, think about that person).
they aren’t powerful because they’re nice.
they’re powerful because they’re coherent.
they are fully coherent in whatever frequency they are in —even if it’s a frequency far from love.
they’re powerful because they’re ALL IN. there isn’t a part of them secretly being like “I don’t like being powerful and I detest money and feel like I’m actually being so bad and I feel guilty. I wish I weren’t such an asshole.” they don’t feel guilty. they love the power. they love being an asshole. and they succeed.
their will is aligned, united, coherent - and therefore, a highly conductive conduit for otherworldly power to fulfill their aims.
their will is pure, one could say, in that it is purely ITSELF.
so perhaps there’s a thing we can learn from the actual “baddies" —
not the least of which is liberating you from thinking you have to be perfectly good to be free, to access your power.
if you’re reading this,
you’re probably not the embodiment of absolute Jafar meets Rasputin meets Voldemort energy.
so no worries there.🙃
and, of course, i’m not advocating for becoming a vessel for non-love energies.
but i would love for you to benefit from the power that comes with pure coherence.
we have to bring all of ourselves into the LIGHT
and OWN IT
and where we ARE.
and, frequently, the folks who are truly Light Bringers, those who feel called or destined to channel in the Light which is the Truth, which is Justice, which is Peace, which is The Future You Want are hiding from the Sun, hiding from purification.
in order for you to shine AS THE LIGHT, you must be willing to step into the HEART OF THE SUN.
and it will purify you.
when we are getting purified
and the things that are false about us (or not Most True about us) are burned away,
it can feel like a part of “us” is getting burned away.
but nothing that is truly you will ever get burned away.
it can’t.
because the you that is truly you is a Phoenix.
and Phoenix eats fire for breakfast and says “burn me again I will rise every damn time.”
Bring it, fearless fire warrior of the SUN.
and Phoenix gets so good at coming into Life
that when it begins to feel the temperature get even a little bit hot
Phoenix willingly turns toward the fire, the Light, and jumps in with joy because it delights in this power, this play of
the power to stay alive, to resurrect as more Itself every time.
and therefore it has nothing to fear because it can only rise again, and again and again.
(and if that’s not a skill or state that we need for right now and what’s coming, i don’t know what is).
it’s true Courage.

even as it’s refined in the Sun
the Heart then becomes the Sun for the gold that it is.
Purification makes you invincible.
it’s what gives you access to the gold of your heart —
access to all of YOU hiding behind what you think is you
but is actually just a story or pain that could be let go of to serve as fuel for the True Gold lying underneath.
Purification is what makes it possible for you to trust yourself.
because when the gold is left at the end marriage to the Fire
the only thing left IS what you can trust
which brings Coherence
which brings Light
which brings, then, (the fun part)
the glory.
the signal has to become clear before it can become grand.
otherwise, we’re just amplifying static.
and we both know you’re not static.
