Hi, I'm Grace!

Zaneta Sykes is a Brooklyn-based sound artist, witch and Tarot reader who believes sound is a powerful medium for connectivity, empathy + talismans. In this episode, we talk about the intersection of the creative + intuitive processes and the true power of real listening and how listening asks our co-creative attention. Zaneta shares how her relationship to sound changed when she was diagnosed with PTSD and how she was able to titrate her relationship with this magical medium. And we talk about the possibilities that can open up when we can simply embrace the expression of being here as we are.
